Fritz offers a background in investment banking, corporate law, and business advising to Prestwick’s clients. Fritz has sourced and closed numerous transactions in the middle market, first with Goldsmith, Agio, Helms (now Lazard Middle Market) and later with Greene Holcomb & Fisher (now BMO Capital Markets) before co-founding Prestwick Partners in 2003. He has also acted as a corporate advisor for boards of directors, addressing shareholder and corporate finance issues. Prior to becoming an investment banker, Fritz was a corporate attorney with Dorsey & Whitney in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
His experience encompasses public offerings of debt and equity securities, mergers, acquisitions, recapitalization, joint ventures, private placements, fairness opinions, and valuations. Fritz has worked in a number of industries including diversified manufacturing, business services, food service, aviation, construction, and building products.
Fritz received a JD from the University of Minnesota Law School and a BS in business administration from the University of Colorado with an emphasis in finance.
