AMERICO HAS BEEN ACQUIRED BY FIBRIX FILTRATION, A PORTFOLIO COMPANY OF BRANFORD CASTLE

Prestwick is pleased announce the sale of Americo to Fibrix Filtration, a portfolio company of Branford Castle.  Prestwick acted as the exclusive advisor to Americo and its private equity sponsor, Blue Sage Capital.  The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
