CORVETTE AMERICA HAS BEEN ACQUIRED BY CID CAPITAL

Prestwick is pleased to announce the sale of Corvette America to CID Capital, an Indianapolis-based private equity firm. Prestwick acted as the exclusive advisor to Corvette America, its parent, Restoration Parts Unlimited, Inc., and its private equity owner, Dubin Clark & Company. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Corvette America is a Reedsville, Pennsylvania-based manufacturer, distributor, and e-tailer of aftermarket restoration and performance products for Chevrolet Corvettes and Ford Mustangs. The company is a market leader and brand destination for automotive enthusiasts, and has developed a comprehensive product portfolio of parts, interiors, and lifestyle and apparel products that address a wide range of restoration and performance needs for its vehicle make and model niche.

CID Capital is a private equity group that makes control investments in high-quality, lower-middle-market companies that have shown a consistent track record of success.
