PARTS UNLIMITED INTERIORS HAS BEEN ACQUIRED BY CLASSIC INDUSTRIES

Prestwick is pleased announce the sale of Parts Unlimited Interiors (“PUI”) to Classic Industries. Prestwick acted as the exclusive advisor to PUI, its parent, Restoration Parts Unlimited, Inc., and its private equity owner, Dubin Clark.  The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

PUI, headquartered in La Grange, Kentucky, is a leading manufacturer of aftermarket automotive interior soft goods. The company has developed a comprehensive product portfolio of seat upholstery, interior door panels, window felts, and other interior soft goods that serve a wide range of makes and models, including GM, Mopar, and Ford.

Classic Industries is a leader in restoration and performance parts and accessories for GM, Chrysler, Dodge, Plymouth, Ford and Mercury vehicles.
