Prestwick is pleased to announce the sale of Quest Events to TZP Group, a New York-based private equity firm. Prestwick acted as the exclusive advisor to Quest Events and its private equity owners, Goldner Hawn and Tonka Bay Equity Partners. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Quest Events, headquartered in Frisco, Texas, is North America’s market leader in providing pipe and drape, scenic and furnishing rental solutions to the AV, hospitality, events, wedding and exhibition industries. With 25 locations and 400+ employees across the U.S. and an office in Toronto, Canada, Quest Events partners with clients to provide the most creative, effective and efficient rental solutions and installation services available on the market today.
