SUBSTANTIALLY ALL THE ASSETS OF BUSHEL BOY HAVE BEEN ACQUIRED BY BEST BOY FARMS

Prestwick is pleased to announce the sale of substantially all the assets of Bushel Boy Farms (“Bushel Boy”) to Best Boy Farms. Prestwick acted as the exclusive advisor to Bushel Boy and its parent, Rahr Corporation. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Bushel Boy Farms is an Owatonna, Minnesota-based greenhouse grower, packager, and marketer of premium, fresh produce. The company serves grocery retailers with a wide variety of fresh produce including vine-on tomatoes, beefsteak tomatoes, snacking tomatoes, and strawberries, grown year-round in their Owatonna, Minnesota and Mason City, Iowa greenhouse facilities.

Best Boy Farms is a greenhouse grower of produce headquartered in Leamington, Ontario.
