TOLEMAR HAS BEEN ACQUIRED BY BRS & CO.

Prestwick is pleased announce the sale of Tolemar to BRS & Co.  Prestwick acted as the exclusive advisor to Tolemar and its private equity sponsor, Vopne Capital.  The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Tolemar, headquartered in Huntington Beach, California, is a leading manufacturer and supplier of branded and private-label aftermarket parts and accessories for Utility Terrain Vehicles (“UTVs”) and motorcycles. Tolemar is a market leader and brand destination for powersports enthusiasts that has developed a comprehensive portfolio of performance products (e.g., exhaust systems, clutch kits, belts), handlebars, and other powersport aftermarket products under the brand names Trinity Racing (trinityracing.com), LA Choppers (lachoppers.com), and Baron Custom Accessories (www.baronscustom.com).
